Hmm, would you mind putting the time the chronomen can stop the world for down a little or setting the times they can do it at apart a bit more?
I mean, that would mean a council of 24 chronomen could stop time for an entire day and keep on going until they died off.
So could it, perhaps, be one hour every two or three days?
