With the hand of god, he breathes life into what he makes...
Anything drawn by Shigure's right hand materializes but he has no control over it. Much like old creators, Shigure doesn't have much control over his creations and he ends to let them live to their own accord.

He refrains from drawing anything that can become hazardous to those around it.

and with the demon's hand he destroys it

His left hand though, is the total opposite. It destroys creations by a special process. Shigure must draw a special symbol on an object with his left hand. ( a simple line drawn turns into a slash, a drawn flame turns into a devastating explosion, etc. )

Bio: A boy who lived in solitude all his life, Shigure only found comfort from the things he drew.

The Panel though, found his two abilities dangerous and dispatched agents to bring Shigure to their side. They risk angering Shigure due to his left hand's power so they convince him by politely asking. None of their efforts have worked so far.

Appearance: A young boy with slightly tanned skin. He has short black hair and is about 5'6 in height. Shigure wears a blue jacket and green pants. He carries a regular backpack always.
