Race Description: A hybrid that was formed many years ago and have since formed their own race. The Original races have since passed away being a frost dragon and a humanoid race, the Hypresian, that had a pale blue complexion. The Hypresian dragons were granted the tough armor like hide of the dragons and ability to chill the air around them to freezing level. However they suffered the lacking of their Hypresian ancestors of not being able to stand daylight for a long time as their pale blue skin was ultra sun sensitive. The Hypresian Dragons eyes burn rather quickly with exposure to sunlight. Though they have the ability to fly it is hard for them to do so as it is a huge energy drain.

This is his rare Dragon form. Yes he is only small however do not let his draon size deceive you for though he is small his extremely fast. Though he cannot breathe Ice or Fire like pure dragons he can perform high speed maneuvers that make his talons very dangerous weapons.
