Nope, not exactly.

I'll make my character sheet and show you what I mean. If I can illustrate it right with my words.

Name: Vincent Law (Had to! I just had to!)
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Nationality: Americ
Grade: 11th
Appearence: Short black hair, stringy and hangs over his eyes most of the time.(Though it is more often than not, greasy and disgusting. Medium build. 5'6. Angular jaw and a rough fuz growing around the edge of his chin. Usually found wearing darker, more grey or black clothes than that of the brighter catagory. Though it is not entirely out of character to see him waltzing around in a pair of flip-flops and black shorts.(no shirt)
Personality:(bipolar?) Most of the time he's calm and controlled. But this is just a ruse to hide his inner child that can be found bursting out, rejoicing and frolicking like a short-bus attendee.
God(dess): Death incarnate.
Mythology: From the fears that have been instilled in humanity since they came to understand that death was inevitable.
Power(s): Has the power to manipulate the flow of life. Can instil or drain the life from any object, person, or animal. Though the constant flow of memories of the millions of lives that his presence is constantly consuming keeps his moderation of this power above that of a child.
Background: As a human he has had a completely normal life. He has never doubted that he was the god of death, though he never could recall how he came to that conclusion. He's lived with his father and mother since he can remember in a small town just on the edge of the border between L.A. and M.S. He was sent off to Marin. Aca. for his last years of Highschool and plans on returning to his hometown to follow college while living with his folks.
Trivia: Death is absolute. Nothing can explain it and nothing can prevent it. You will die. And you will not come back. This law has been around since before humanity could ever hope to have understood it. And even though Death has been incarnated, Death himself cannot tell you why he does his job. He just knows that he's the only being in existence that can take life away, and constantly does it.
Vincent's mortal mind is constantly being plagued by millions of visions of deaths. Constantly. Though his physical body is anchored, his spiritual self is present everywhere, all the time. Taking lives and carrying them across the border to the afterlife. Much like the ferry does the students at Martin. Back and forth and back and forth and....

I know this character sheet doesn't make a whole-lot of sense. But I'm just not the brightest player. So proudly voice any disagreements.

My character would stand mostly as a neutrality. His power being a very strong one. Though I see one or two problems as I'm looking back at the concept of his character.

One, he is incarnated without any particular reason or plause. He is death. No one can deny their faith in death. Therefore, why would he need to be incarnated to save himself...from himself?...

Two, his power wouldn't ever have any sort of weakness. He's a god-moded(he-he-he) character no matter how you slice it. I simply do not know how I'd limit him if the need arose.

Because I'd honestly think it'd be awkward, once all the character's have met and are discussing each-other's past and powers, and Vincent just goes 'Well, I could just kill you all without so much as a hint of effort.' So I guess this is the biggest problem. Limiting death.
