Alicia laughed at Sophie, gripping the straps of her backpack and heading out into the halls.
"What like palm reading and alla that?" A glance at the other girl showed that her face was serrious, though, and Alicia shrugs, though she continues to smile. Seemed like it was a permanent expression on her face.
"Eh. Not the tarot card stuff. Seems like most those guys are phonies. But ghosts and stuff? Sure. My dad, he's from Africa - as if you couldnt tell - he used to tell me stories about the old times. Says he saw some creepy things down and around the mines, and he isnt one to go exagerating. Once? He saw a hyena as big as a lion, just grinning down at them while they worked, and it called his name."
She grins and shrugs again, "So I guess anything's possible, right? Dreams and whatnot are freaky, too." She frowns contemplatively at that, her own comming to mind, before she shakes her head and looks over at the new girl.
"I talk alot. So what class you have next? And did you see that new guy in the back with the red hair? Dude he was eyeballing everyone like he wanted to fight right there."
