One who does everything by the book and who is sent in because we made such a mess of the previous mission. He or she is kind of like the tactician.

I need this stuff so when we write the characters can be really vivid etc. Let’s try to make it as realistic as possible. Try to make the codenames as unlikely as possible. A cute macho guy should be a strawberry or something. The Boss gives them their codenames and no one knows why.
