Lucas sighed as he checked off the systems with his co-pilot, Kira Lenn. The Marines would be boarding soon, but it didn't matter, the Pelican, or Terra's Glory as he called it, wouldn't lift off unless all systems were working. Shot out of the sky is far better than being adrift in space or losing air.

"I'm scared Lucas, I got that feeling again," said Kira after checking the last system.

"We aren't going near a Banshee fueling area like that again, we'll be fine, Terra will see us through," he answered.
