Doli: Ack! I've got bad news for you, my friend. Your post is amazing (felt like I was reading Pratchett all over again) and there are certain rules which are "secret" which we must abide by when interacting with the Dove and her Roma. (She'll be fair game later, I promise). The most important rule being, there aren't any ogres where she's at.
This completely sucks because your post totally rocks. Only it would have a serious impact on her character if she were given a rock as a present at this point of time.
I would say, perhaps he might be at the village outside of the swamp (of DOOM) only I think that'd be a long bit of waiting on your part. Mayhaps you have an idea? Unless the rest of folks have intentions of being there soon, in which case, it would fit quite well. (Not sure how everyone feels about this.)
I'm sorry for the misleading information. I had said that if anyone wished to have a character interact with ToT's character to PM me for the extenuating circumstances, however, if I'd been thinking, I would have put it on the first post with all of the "rules" and such. I really apologize for not having it more obvious.
