Jennifer found a pot in one of the cupboards and put it on the stove after filling it with water. As she turned on the element, she looked back at Logan. "Just try and keep yourself busy, it's worked for the most part for me. But tonight, when I have nothing to do, that's when shit's really going to hit the fan and get bad..." she forced a chuckle at that as her mind turned to the thoughts of relief that no one shared a room with her...yet.

Then once the element got hot, she threw the noodles in along with the vegetables and started stirring it to make sure it didn't boil over. The chicken would be added later.
