I also posted. Because I leave out boring details in my writing, I sometimes end up leaving out details that are also probably important, so let me take a moment to reiterate them here.

Rowan is missing his left eye and his left arm (I'm not trying to bring more attention to it, or make you mention it in your posts, but just as long as no one tries to grab him by his right arm or poke his right eye. You could TRY to poke his right eye but your finger might get stuck in the empty socket and that would be unpleasant for all parties involved.)

He does not wear an eyepatch. He arranged his graying black hair so that it covers the sightless half of his face (he looks something like the dashing character in my avatar). His hair is about mid-back length, pretty long for a man. Decency calls that he should tie it back and wear an eyepatch but then he would look incomplete without a bandana tied around his head and a parrot perched on his shoulder reciting whatever insidious curses he taught it. His hair is improper, yes, but it's otherwise healthy and clean and neatly combed.

He doesn't tie off the left sleeve, but lets it hang empty. He likes the way it blows dramatically in the wind.
