It's the Captain NP had wanted me to make a character sheet for at some time.
I felt like I might as well do it, and actually had fun creating a history and everything! o:
Anyways, here it is.
I figure if it's accepted, i'll go ahead and bring it in.

Name/Nickname: Sayuri Dekami
Appearance: Confrontationality Personality: Sayuri is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, as long as you're on her side. She has no respect for those who go against her beliefs as she believes them to be the perfect way towards living. Never kill an un-armed person with good reason. Never kill a child. Never act on emotion. Those are just a few personal doctrines that she strives to live by. Although technically, she's never killed anyone. Only a few Hollows, but nothing more.. Technically. It's just not in her being to kill. However, she's all for revenge when someone does something bad to someone else for no good reason.
Class/Alignment: Shinigami; Captain of the 4th Division/Good.
Weapon/Abilities: Basics ~Zanpakuto Name:Nijuujinkaku (Translates as "Double Personality".)
~Zanpakuto description: Instead of one Zanpakuto in the sealed form, Sayuri carries two. One of the blades is 100cm's long, carried on her waist fitted into her sash. It looks like a normal Zanpakuto in form and shape, the only distinctive figures being the reddish-pink wrapping and the rectangle hand-guard (this is on both swords.). The other blade is much shorter, being only 50cm's. It's carried on her back where it juts out just over her right shoulder. This blade is very rarely used for reasons she won't speak, and those who have seen it are too frightened to say.
Shikai ~Shikai Calling:"Destroy or defend, Nijuujinkaku."
~Shikai Appearance: Complete Annihilation ~Shikai Description: To use Shikai, all Sayuri has to do is release a massive amount of Reiatsu that whirls around her immediate area like a colorful hurricane, blocking her from view. When she speaks the calling, the Reiatsu wind-storm expands a bit until it suddenly dies down immediately, revealing a woman in Sayuri's place. (See "Shikai Appearance" for woman.) This woman goes by "Sayuri" and is actually the spirit of Nijuujinkaku's longer blade. During the duration the Shikai is activated, Sayuri and the Zanpakuto spirit's places are switched. Sayuri resides in the Zanpakuto while the spirit comes out to 'destroy or defend'. While the original Sayuri cannot be harmed in this stage, she isn't in complete control. She can see everything that's going on as if she was looking out of her own eyes and can communicate with the Spirit, but she has no control over what the Spirit will do.
~Shikai Ability/Power: This form of Sayuri is much more violent and destructive, so it's only fitting that while using Shikai, Sayuri is much faster, stronger, and resistant to attacks. (Think of it as a weak Hierro.)
~Shikai Extras: If Sayuri is to be 'killed' in Shikai, she will revert back to normal, un-harmed, but with a lot less reiatsu to use. Also, her longer Nijuujinkaku will be broken in two pieces, showing that it was defeated.

I am not going to reveal her Bankai just yet.
But, for character approval purposes, it is very similar to the Shikai. If I need to, I will PM the Bankai to whoever needs to see it to get it's approval.
~Other: Sayuri is a master of hand-to-hand combat. She also excels at sword-play. Her Kido use is average, except her healing abilities with are exceptional. Her Shunpo is one of the fastest of the Captains and some say she has a mind more complex than the toughest Sudoku puzzle.
History: Sayuri was going to be placed into the 2nd squad for her overall agility and precision when it came to combat. That was how it was supposed to be. She trained specifically for that alone (thanks to her families influence), but the thing was that she didn't want too. Still, she let on like she did and lived up to her families goal until the very day when the time for placement would come. As the Captain-Commander was looking her over and the Captains were seated at long tables, examining those who would be tested, Sayuri spoke out. She requested, rather rudely, to be placed in the 4th Division. This caused a few eyebrows to be raised, including the Captain Commanders himself. She pleaded her case, in-front of her classmates, Captains, Captain-Commander, and even her family. A brave feat which must have been recognized. The Captain Commander allowed it, and so she was placed.
Being as she had no knowledge of healing, she had a long way to go. Still, she studied hard and practiced harder, going by the saying "An amateur practices until he can get it right. A professional practices until he can't get it wrong.". This paid off. She quickly rose in the ranks once she got a hang of things, making it to the Vice-Captain position easily. She had shown more growth than anyone before ever had, and the Captain took note of this..
One day, the Captain was suddenly very sick. She was speaking of multiple pains all over her body. A unfitting cough that made even those who heard it cringe as it sounded so painful. Nobody could figure out what was plaguing the poor Captain, so Sayuri was called to fix what ailed her. Sayuri worked hard for three days, examining her Captain and recording her day-to-day life. She even went as far as looking at her reiatsu levels fluctuation to see if that had anything to do with it. But nothing. There was nothing wrong with her. Not a single thing was showing up that could pose a problem. That's when it hit her..
The next day, Sayuri went to the Captains-Quarters to find her Captain in bed with the other Captains surrounding her. They were talking casually and a few where looking at the medical equipment she was hooked up too. Even they looked stumped. Apparently they had read her file..
As Sayuri came in without announcing herself which was quite rude, her Captain looked up at her and asked, after a short fit of painful coughs, what the meaning of this was. Sayuri told her she knew what was wrong, and then everything went deathly silent as all the faces in the room turned to her. Nobody said anything for a few seconds, so Sayuri sighed. "You're faking.". Another few silent moments went by and her Captain smiled and laughed. As the laughter died down and she waved off the surprised looks of the other Captains, she got up out of bed and put her hands on Sayuri's shoulders. "Congratulations, Captain Dekami. You've passed your Captains exam."
Other: I'd like to explain the end of the bio/history thing. o: See, the Captain faked an illness that would require Sayuri to go through every medical procedure she was taught to see if it matched up. That showed that she had the patience and persistence required to be a Captain. Also, if she had done something incorrectly it might have come up as an actual sickness, which would have shown that she was not yet ready to hold the position of Captain. Surprise Captains exam FTW!

The whirling sounds her body made as she flew through the air, past her opponent surprised Sayuri. She knew that she was fast, but to pit her up against a member of the Gotei 13 and find out that she's much faster than him was something she didn't expect. The man below her looked around frantically. His robes wrinkled slightly from where he had been hit multiple times with a wooden katana, and his forehead was bleeding. Sayuri on the other hand, didn't have a mark on her. This was a little.. sad. Just to make it more interesting, she stopped moving as she touched down right behind the man, who jumped forwards and turned around a little too fast, tripping over the mat and fell on his ass. His face showed fear and anger as he stared up at the petite woman before him.
"Here." Sayuri said, and dropped her Katana at his feet, and took a few steps back, beckoning him to take it and stand up. "I heard you bragging about your skill when you dual-wield blades. You even attacked and beat one of my classmates who was new to the academy for accidentally bumping into you. You used two swords then and all he had was a book."
At that accusation, the man twitched and stood up angrily, taking the sword from the ground as he did, twirling it around in his hand like an over-confident prick. "Yeah, I did. That little punk did it on purpose! I had to teach him a lesson!" he yelled now, not caring that he had just admitted to a crime in-front of an audience of very important people.. "And now i'm going to do the same thing to you!" He roared suddenly, taking off at a dead-charge towards Sayuri who only stood still, watching his arms move wildly.
As he came within striking distance, the man sliced horizontally with both blades, aiming for Sayuri's throat. She ducked and took one short jab at the mans kidney. His body froze in place and shuddered slightly, before he fell to the ground, bent over.
He was angry and stood up a little too fast, flashing a nice wet spot that had spread all over his robe-bottoms. Noticing this, he looked down and his mouth fell, gaped open and his hands tried to cover himself but to no avail. "Just like you humiliated that boy in-front of a public audience, i've now done the same to you." She said.
Taking a few steps towards him, she grabbed a hold of his collar and leaned in. "Karma's a bitch."
