As the two are talking a limo pulls up in front of the school. Cairi Jenkins is inside with her mother.
"I can't believe we found a school for you." Her mother said hugging Cairi
"Me either." Cairi said, hugging her mother and taking a look through the window at the school. "So this is it huh?" She put her sunglasses on and looked back at her mother.
"Yes this is the address they gave us." Her mother laughed nervously.
"No," Cairi sighed. "This is it for us isn't it..."
"What?" Her mother looked away from Cairi. "Of...Of course not sweety, I'll be back to pick you up when you're ready."
She didn't know how, but she knew that she would never see her mother again. The weird thing is that she was glad...
"Bye mommy..." Cairi hugged her mother again and exited the limo. The driver popped the trunk and set the large bag on the ground next to Cairi. "Thanks." She waved at the driver, but he didn't reply. She slung the bag around her shoulder and walked towards the main entrance. The closer she got the more the butterflies in her stomach multiplied. This is it... She took a deep breath, opened the door,and stepped inside. There were already two boys in the room talking to each other. She set down her bag and slid her glasses in the side pocket. "Hello," She waved at the two boys. "My name is Cairi."
