January 17, 2015.
Chatter flooded through Pyongyang as the missile rocketed into the air. It left a cloud of smoke hanging in the air, choking some of the observers. The missile reached the atmosphere minutes later and turned towards its objective.
The citizens of Los Angeles were going by with their normal errands; buying milk and other items, cleaning the house, babysitting for parents who weren't home. Five minutes later, everything was catastrophic. One of the people had spotted something flying towards their city; they all thought it was aliens or a space shuttle. Instead, the nuclear warhead hit the ground in the middle of Hollywood, the atoms inside splitting and causing an explosion that shook the U.S.A. One kid, ten years old, was riding his bike towards the city from school whenever he saw the mushroom cloud, and the sonic wave heading towards him. He couldn't register what it was whenever he was hit by it, incinerating him and his bike; nothing was left. This sonic wave was eventually finished forty miles out of Los Angeles, and the city itself was gone; it looked like it had disappeared. All that was left was a mushroom in the sky and fire everywhere, the radiation and debri blowing and spreading in the gusts of wind.
January 18, 2015.
Pyongyang cheered; all of North Korea cheered. Their target had been hit, a crippling blow to their hated enemies. They doubted the U.S.A could track the missile to them, let alone come back from the strike. Of course, they didn't know the United States. Within two days, the United States army was sailing towards North Korea, the S.E.A.L.s already there and gathering intel.
Hours after the U.S.A declared war on North Korea, China and Japan moved down to help them, while Russia moved in on Europe. In response to this, the E.U set up defenses along the European-Asian border.
January 28, 2015.
A week later, the world was in a state of chaos; Asia had declared war on every country, every continent, while the U.N tried to suppress them. But like an animal that had been caged too long, Asia didn't want to go down without a fight. The U.N didn't expect resistance from the rest of the continent; they only knew North Korea was in on it. But the treachery went much, much further.
