I am way more psyched for SC2 then D3. Hell, I still play SC1. The new protoss units look AWESOME, and all the terran vehicles got freakin steroids. What I'm really waiting for are the Zerg. The only new thing on the site is the Baneling, which I am probably going to abuse. It's like infested terrans, without the hassle of getting infested command centers!
