i know this is somewhat the same except for a few changes but i like this character (also might use her for others), i dont mind editıng the character and i also like your RPs Vampire Rose.

Name: Saphire Twilightsong
Gender: Female
Race: unknown (researches her abilities to try and find out) but for now she calls her self a 'Child of time'
age: 15

Appearance: dark brown reddish hair, with a tinge of gold, very lightly tanned skin, dark hazel eyes (her left eye is slightly lighter) that shift between dark brown, light brown, dark hazel and gold depending on her mood and the light.
she is usualy found wearing a black valour track suit, she is also quite slim, and has a pattern of gold lines on her lower back.

Brief Bio: Saphire's true parents abandoned her when she was very young, and her adopted parents didn't know what to do when she would for some how have no cut even when she came home from school with a graze, there wasnt a mark on her body, Saphire was able to heal wounds.
When she gained the gold pattern it was when she was going home, something attacked her, Saphire could feel herself dieing when all of a sudden there was a cold rush up her spine and she was walking down the road again, needless to say she avoided the creature. later she got a letter from the school, decided to go and left without saying a word to her adopted parents.

personality: Saphire is calm and even tempered more likely to stop a fight than join it, depending on her mood.
she is kind and helpfull if usualy quiet and a bit shy, (also depending on her mood at the time) but she does have a tendency to hold a grudge if some one is mean to her, though when she starts giggling it can be very hard not to giggle with her.
Saphire is also quite a daydreamer

Magical Abilities: Saphire when daydreaming can get a glimpse of the future.
she can focus on a person and persuade them , if what she wants from them is not too severe.
she can slow, rewind, fastforward time but only fast forward time for herself or those she is touching.
added to her power over time she can also age a person's body, or make them younger.
Saphire has the power to heal wounds aswell.
when she has he chance she likes to experiment to see what else she can do.
