Dietmar smiled back as Captain West nodded towards him before Zephyr rushed up to them all excited about how there was a planet that might be habitable to human life. He briefly glanced over at Arcia dreading the time when she would want a medical exam from him. He noticed Jazz, who like always seemed to be in a bad mood. Of course he would most likely be in a bad mood to if three of his limbs were metal. He then listened as Captain West gave a little speech on how this may be the planet we have been searching for and how millions of lives depended on their success. She had to keep everyone's hopes up but he could tell that she was nervous. If this mission failed, they would have to wait until the next habitable planet came along. Which could take another five months if they were lucky. Dietmar stifled a yawn with the back of his hand then quickly began eating again hoping no one would notice because yawning for him usually meant he was bored. Finishing his steak and eggs he took a large swig of his water then turned to Captain West.
"Three days before we reach the planet. Great, that is not enough time to watch all the football games I have missed." He said it with a half amused, half annoyed expression.
"I should probably start analyzing the data that the planet is producing to see what type of plants and animals there is." He was hoping to get out of the physical that he knew was coming. However, he was human, and like every human he didn't like to do things that he didn't like.
