It's only 2113 and everything has changed. We've gone from being free to a world with no emotion, no color, where everything is planned for you. There are rare cases with people where they still feel, think freely, and want to change this world. These people are called the Lirrth, and they have no idea others like them exist. But, these people are planning to elect a powerful, intelligent individual to be their leader, someone who will change this horrible world. This includes young Haruka, who has a special power that a select few have. This power is being able to change people with one thought. Sadly, she doesn't know this and if she uses it, death will come to her.

Haruka stood on a fence, lazing around as usual, staring at a blue metropolis. She was supposed to be voting for a new leader, but she didn't go. She knew she was a Lirrth, a free-minded person. Even seeing a Lirrth is punishable by death. She had to remain emotionless, hard as it was. She breathed sigh, got up, and began walking back.
