Kathraya Valar (Zeroth)
Once a prominent commander in the Zeroth fleet, Kathraya was forcibly discharged from her station after forces under her command were unexpectedly decimated in a brief engagement by an Olympian fleet near the beginning of the war. The subsequent destruction of the battle-cruiser Fortune (Kathraya's command ship) was considered to be the final nail in the coffin of her military career. Quite some time has passed since the event Kathraya simply refers to as "The Incident", but it still remains a painful scar in her memory, as well as a constant source of both embarrassment and ridicule from any fellow soldiers that happen to catch her name; the engagement itself is often referred to in Basic Fleet Officers training as "what not to do when encountering enemy ships".
Having retired from her duties as an officer, Kathraya now serves as a basic foot-soldier, often constantly being shipped from system to system in order to reinforce planetary garrisons that come under assault from Olympian raiders. Though previously thought to be stationed in the Celes system, a recent military census has failed to locate her tracking signal on any of the nearby habitable planets, or anywhere in the system. As a result, Miss Valar is currently considered MIA, pending further investigation.
Kathrayas listed profile states that she is 5'6" with short, cropped blonde hair, and is heavily built despite her small stature. Her clothing consists solely of standard Zeroth combat gear, with or without the additional body armour, which she is reputed to have worn during her days as an officer. Very few people, if any, have reported seeing her in any form of civilian clothing or uniform other than the suit of Zeroth foot-soldiers.
Just out of curiosity, what kind of technology can we expect, if it's not too big of a secret, especially weapon-wise. I'll assume that the Olympians will retain their use of ye olde conventional ballistics, along with some energy weapons created with help from dark/anti-matter research, but what about the Zeroth? Will they have more energy and dark-matter based weaponry, considering that they started using the stuff long before the O's got their hands on it? (atleast that's the impression I immediately got, correct me if I'm wrong)
On a related note, it's good to have the All-Seeing-Eye back with us after so long.
