Thank you for the 'welcome back', Redorath, I appreciate that! In response to your question, pretty much yes. The Olympians will retain their ballistic weaponry, but as you said are advancing their research to produce more laser-based firepower. Lasers are actually being developed by the DoD right now, so I'm sure that by 2029 the United States will have a good sized arsenal of laser weaponry and other gizmos. The IPBC is by far the most advanced piece of weaponry that the Olympians have created.

The Zeroth will possess a mixture of ballistics and laser weaponry. Their research with the Dark Matter has been around for much longer than any other race, and since they use most of their combat technology on the front lines, they will be quick to pesue other forms of weapons in their arsenal. One such weapon I'll be introducing soon for the Zeroth's (since the Olympians have the famous Aurora jet) is the AMR (Anti-Matter Rifle). The AMR is a long-ranged sniper rifle that fires up to three rounds of compressed anti-matter capsules that, upon impact, will nuetralize matter. The AMR is extremely deadly, but has a slow rate of fire (approx. 3 rounds per 10 seconds).

Any of you can go ahead and post in the IC whenever you wish. I'm kind of wanting to stay away from double-posting in the IC; it looks better that way.
