Angela laughed as she sat in her chair looking out at the screen watching the stars go past slowly, "Good choice in a movie. One of my peoples classics, yet it never really appealed to me...." her eyes flicking to look up at him for a moment before returning to the screen, "Though I'm sure you often found yourself caught up in this view at times. This is something that I could never tire of looking at...." her voice took on one of awe and respect as she looked out at the stars. "I wonder how it will even be like living on a planet again after so long living in the stars?" she posed the question to the air then anyone in particular.
Back at the earth based space station the majority of the human populace went about their daily lives trying their best to get along with one another and live the best they could on the stations; even though a green and brown earth spun sadly beneath them. There were still some humans left on the surface despite the conditions, some finding it hard to give up; usually the older ones. Walking about the space station was a young woman her belly swollen with pregnancy, her auburn locks flowing freely as she walked about the station for some exercise. Her green eyes had that glow that pregnant women get, that light that showed the small glimmer of the life that they were creating within themselves. Though within her eyes was also worry over her elder sister whom she had not heard from in so very long. Stopping Joanna looked out at the constantly starry sky, gazing out as if hoping to see her sister's ship returning just the same way she had seen it leave over a year ago. A strong kick from within her womb made her smile as she looked down, "Worry not my darlings. She is looking for a home for us all and knowing her she will drag one here with her bare hands if she felt it necessary." she smirks remembering her stubborn sister from childhood who grew into an equally stubborn woman, only now she had an entire ship to command instead of just her younger sister. Looking back up at the night sparkling sky she spoke out loud, "Find a planet for your niece and nephew, but try not to cause too much trouble along the way." she smiles before she turns and starts back toward her living quarters her step a bit lighter though there was still worry weighing heavily on her heart.
