Personality: Overly sadistic, insane beyond all boundaries, has a lust for power, deceitful, ambitious, and charismatic. He is also a rather Machellivan individual, meaning that he has ruthless politics and an insatiable lust ofr power and ranking.
History: To be revealed throughout the story. However, it is known that he is the/a vizier of Valencze's empire (vizier is a arabian/hebrew sort of ranking, means that they are very high in rank, just beyond that of a general) and has invented many of the new weapons used by the empire. It is rumored that he has a lab of his own, full of new serums that he wants to....test on others.
Short Bio: He is respected by most members of the empire, and is seen by the public as an enigmatic but sadistic icon of the Valencze empire.
