Kevin was offended by her words. He knew he was egotisticle but she didn't need to jump to conclusions in such a rude way.
"Now. I take offense to that. You should not have standards to judge yourself or others. You judge yourself by what you believe you are. Same for other people. Not what they are in realation to others. Besides. I don't consider myself perfect, I just think I'm better at what I do than most people. If practice makes perfect, but no one is perfect, why practice? To get better. Not to be perfect. I hate that word. Perfect."
Kevin had drifted off from his train of thought. He was acting a little to phylisophical at the moment and no one liked him when he was like that. Especially women. Especially teenage women.
"I'm sorry am I boring you?"
He stared as another guy walked over and tried to help the girl up. Kevin was about to do that...
