Well use the americian format, with one class in the morning, followed by recess, then two classes, lunch, and two more in the afternoon. It's the beginning of the school year, early september. However, since this is a futuristic world, there is some form of climate control so rain and other storms would be announced beforehand and scheduled. There will still be the four seasons and weather as to not screw up nature, but with new technology it'll not only be predicted, but regulated.

As for the school day, the bell rings at 7am, recess from 8-9, lunch from 12-1, and get off from school at 3pm.

I'm hoping for some people to join some after school clubs as well.
