As for Angela, i think its a pretty good idea for a background story. It gets more interesting to find out why is she having hard time to trust the poachers. Maybe she doesn't like their brutality or their hate towards ferals have no reason, maybe they're just doing it from simple racism.

And a Question. What day is it now there. It's not friday because someone mentioned tomorrow will be school. (In Hungary there is no school on weekends.) and we have school monday to friday or monday to saturday?
