The doctors fires the two shots, missing as she dives behind the left broiler. The small debris from the blasts enter the wall directly behind where she had been, leaving two giant holes in the plaster that the doctor wishes was his female opponent instead of a stupid wall. Behind the broiler he can hear movement, a woman scream, and then a single gunshot. From the sound the doctor can determine that the woman is using a 9mm, which one specifically isn't known as of yet. He pumps another shell and prepares to fire, keeping an eye on both sides of the broiler.

She resurfaces where she disappeared with a basket of fries in her hand. She flings the fries at Sylus whose eyes reflect clearly how unimpressed he is. The fries bounce off him like bullets off superman and fall to the ground. "What was she doing?"

Unloading a few rounds at this point would have meant that his target would be obliterated, and seeing as Sylus loves to take a peice of his victims, he refrains from squeezing the trigger and instead removes one of his scalpels with his left hand. Sylus finds the intimacy of his scalpel much more gratifying than the barbaric use of guns. Ready to freely accept the hot basket to the face in exchange for landing the scalpel in her well deserving throat, Sylus uncaps the scalpel with his thumb. With the shotgun held in his right hand, finger still on the trigger, the clumsy woman slips and dives over the car. Not being the type to typically smile or laugh, Dr. Feelgood releases a near hysterical laugh at the site of her impotency.

He ducks and turns as she soars through the air and he flicks the now uncapped scalpel at her landing spot, much like throwing knives his scalpels are small and balanced making them hard to see and dodge. As the scalpel flies toward her a single bullet rips through the doctor's calf, had it been a larger caliber it would have severed a major artery and forced the doctor to do something drastic. Blood drips from the wound with the bullet still lodged inside. Bleeding is minimal but still pumping freely due to the doctor's increased heartrate.

Sylus moves fire a shot at the woman in return as he moves for cover, it isn't quite a hobble but not exactly a smooth run either. He finds himself behind a broiler, near the end closest to the car. He places the heated end of the shotgun onto the small wound, cauterizing the hole and stopping the bleeding. He would have to leave fishing the bullet out for later. With the woman still out of site he finds his second flash bang and arms it before tossing it over the car, landing in front of the woman. When the flashbang blinds her he plans to stand and deliver the four remaining shots into her. At this point he didn't care if there was a flawless trophy to take from her. He is willing to settle for a mutilated piece of silicone.
