I think that such a sub forum would be good to serve several purposes.

It could be for helping to develop the ideas of role plays, those interest checks people do to see if it's worth making an RP and any other sort of general role play related discussions.

One thing I don't see on this site is a forum dedicated to role play related discussion, I see how it may not be significant enough to warrant one, but at the same time the Articles sub forum definitely belongs somewhere not over headed with off topic as they are very much related.

I can see there being a great benefit to having a dedicated RP discussion forum and moving that Articles sub forum there. Then the Suggestion Forum can retain it's original purpose and stop getting over loaded with stuff that belongs elsewhere but has no home.
