Act Raiser god role play
You, as players, will assume the role of Masters. (The original translation of the game was "God" for the protagonist.) This game has two different sides. Combat (With NPCs or eachother) and building civilizations.
You once all had entire planets, solar systems or more at your disposal. Some of you, as player characters even had hundreds of worlds. However, you were all whisked away one day and forced by a mysterious force to all coincide on one planet. You all find a force of 10,000 intelligent people who are your servants.
Here is the Character Sheet Format:
Master(PC) Name:
Domains: (Choose 1 Major domain, and 3 minor domains)
Domains are your god's major powers and abilities.
Morality: (Evil, Good, or Neutral)

Civilization Name:
Civilization Strengths: (Choose up to three strengths with no weaknesses or more than three strengths with a weakness per extra strength)
Questions Answered:
The game is freeform.
The game is GM instructed.
Civilization advancement will be fair and balanced, but bizarre. (It is possible for primitive cultures to overcome highly advanced ones. ) I will PM Players if they have advanced their civilization. Players must role play the future strengths and advantages they want their civilizations to have.
Evolution can play a role :
Evolution can be developed by a god, but the principle focus of the game is the PC and power gathered by the PC god and the PC civilizations. Its a mutual relationship between the PC deities and worshipers.
Obediance/Recognition:
Instead of bad consequences happening to a god who isn't worshiped or paid attention to, bad things happen to the civilization that ignores you. I might use a Dice Roller for events and things like that.
