As I had suggested previously I think in fact a Serious Discussion forum is a better route than a topic based forum.

To justify an Anime section there would need to be a significantly large group of guild members who are Anime fans. If we then gave Anime a forum now someone will want a Video Game forum and a movie forum... and then our RP board becomes an RP and world discussion forum.

Personally, I feel we need an On-topic and Serious Discussion forum for RP related talk and serious debates and discussions, Off-Topic can be for random spammification.
