Character description/picture:Joe is slender with broad shoulders and deep green eyes. He normally wears a pale green T-shirt with matching combat trousers. He is often in alpine regions so is normally seen in and navy blue snow-coat, black tracksuit bottoms and a pair of black reflective ski goggles.
Character biography: Joe recently found out about team rocket/magma/aqua/galactic (I not sure which one we are meant to use ) because one of their grunts has recently stolen one of his father's pokemon. Having a heavyhanded way of dealing with things Joe decided to permenantly disband them by defeating their leaders and destroying their bases. Joe wishes to start a team called team omega that are opposed to team rocket/magma/aqua/galactic.

Pokemon description/picture:Snowy is a normal snover except he has blue eyes. Chomp is green where a normal gible is blue and has longer teeth.
Pokemon biographs:Snowy is loyal to Joe entirely but is a loner when it comes to over pokemon. Chompy is a prankster always trying to make people laugh and has a hamster like obsession with nibbling things.
