Well, for RPB the winner could be based on who lands the killing blow. Since the character getting attacked has an opportunity to dodge then it could work out fine as long as neither side is too powerful.

As for character sheets, if a seperate area was made, a sub-board for instance, then individual menbers could make a character sheet thread to store their character sheets.

For another suggestion or two, an appropriate staff member could ost up a character sheet template containing the requirements your character has to have to be approvable. Then when ready whichever staff member is able could read over the sheet and deem it approved or not approved.

If the sheet is approved then it could be used for RPB or regular rp. Of course depending on the rp leader.
