If they were following the guidelines I don't see how there would be a problem. For instance, if you can tell this person is new(or just bad) at writing, I'm rather certain they'll have quite a few grammar issues as supporting evidence. You don't necessarily have to be a dick to keep someone from joining your rp, you just need something that sounds like a good excuse (because sometimes good excuses don't sound like it)... and on the subject of these groups, they sound like a private persistent world... which honestly just seems like a waste of space.

If you're going to do a persistent world, I think it would be much better forum wide rather than everyone having their own little thing (That just wouldn't work out)

Though I'm not quite sure if that's the idea, there's my thoughts. If I'm not getting the message right, someone tell me.
