Angela walked with S.A.R.A listening to her reports, not taking much offense to her rude remarks she had gotten use to them, though she had to admit she was not really in the mood for her emotionless attitude. Yet at the moment she was more focused on changing her uniform so that she could get back to her ready room to discipline Elliot. She swears sometimes she does not know why she does not just throw him in an airlock and turn him into the universes problem. Sighing she pulls off her shirt and then pants, throwing them on the floor where the ship would take them to be laundered and then return them to her closet pressed and ready to be worn. Taking the one S.A.R.A handed to her she gets dressed checking her uniform in the mirror to make sure everything was aligned and in order. "Glad to here everything is working properly, though I would not have expected anything less from such my ship." she says this with pride just like any other captain would. "Alright lets get back to the bridge." Due to her agitated state she made it back to the bridge in no time, the smiles and laughing ending as soon as she enters. "I hope everyone will be ready for my command to engage the engines? Seeing how everyone has time to just stand around and laugh. Perhaps we will see about getting everyone re-certified on their basic alien encounters and diplomacy?" there were several audible groans and grumbles. "I did not think so. Back to work." she says with a commanding tone. She was an easy captain, often joking and spending time among her crew, but she still needed them to respect her and follow her orders without hesitation. The bridge immediately went back to life as she stalked through and into her ready room.
"Commander Carvier reporting on deck," he said, saluting Angela who was with S.A.R.A. "If I may say, Captain, you really need to put that computer down. It's making you....jumpy?"
Angela looked up from her desk her eyes smoldering with anger, she made him hold the salute for a minute before she returned it allowing him to lower his arm. She could not believe he had the nerve to giggle in her face, like this was something that she was going to allow him to get away with. Her and Elliot were friends he was someone she often went to when she had a problem and she wanted his feed back. She went to him more then her own second officer, he was intelligent, loyal and easy going. The crew often went to him as well finding it easier to speak with him then one of the other officers. Yet despite all of this and her personal feelings for him, she was not going to allow him to disrespect her in front of her crew. "I'm glad you are in such a good mood commander. Since your little stunt has gotten you mess hall duty for the next three days until we reach the planet." as he began to protest she held up her hand to stop him, "Seeing how I need you for the mission you are only obligated to do morning and evening duty in the mess hall, the rest of that time you are to be preparing for the mission. Anymore stunts like earlier and I will pull you from the first landing mission, regardless of how much I could use you. Are we clear? Good. Now go and continue with your preparations for the mission..." she glanced down at her screen, "You only have about 3 more hours before you will be needed in the mess hall. You are dismissed." she says looking back down at her screen and waving him out with out another word. "Lt. Colonel Jackson! Enter." she says as she checks some files on her screen wondering what it was that he had wanted to discuss.
