Jade's eyes narrowed as a man stepped out into the middle of the road directly in front of her. By the looks of him, she figured he must be the slayer she'd heard rumors of. Not to mention there would be no other reason for him to be so obviously confrontational. She could tell he was experienced... most slayers hung around the usual vampire haunts in wait, and then tracked from there; few would be able to tell she was a vampire so quickly, one of the reasons she bothered with using a bike at all.
"Damn... I just tuned it up, too..." Jade muttered to herself as she sped towards the slayer, speeding up rather than stopping. About ten yards from the man, she hit the brakes and turned hard, jumping off the bike, sending it sliding sideways along the ground towards the slayer, and then landed in a crouch on the street. Zipping up her leather jacket all the way, she hoped to keep anything from managing to touch her skin. She quickly grabbed her Sai off her belt, calmly standing, slowly looking up.
