Appearance: Blonde hair mid arm length held back by alice band (tends to go for the kidlike appearance) Wears the standard uniform most of the time, except for when she's off duty then she breaks out the skirts. Usually seen wearing glasses when on the job and contacts the rest of the time.
Weapons speciliazations: Doesn't really have any weapons specialisations, but has basic knowledge on them.
Bio/History: Was born on Earth, but decided to train as a doctor, Jessica joined the marines in the hope of helping others and making a difference in her boring life. Her father was a doctor before her, her mother a midwife so medical professions were always at the front of her life. She did get involved with gangs for a while, before she completed university to get her qualifications.
Personality: Serious when the need arises, but always loves to have a laugh, she's highly flirty with her male patients which has lead to her huge popularity with the men in the space marines.
