Ryoko walked on her way to proffesor Birch's place. She was excited about getting her first pokemon today. When she reached the lab she went inside and walked up to professer Birch. "Professer, i'm here for my starter pokemon." Profesor Birch nodded. "Choose whichever one you like." Ryoko nodded and started to look around the room, seeing if the pokemon she wanted was there. She grinned when she spotted it. She picked it up and showed it to proffesor Birch. "I would like this one professer."
"Ah a vulpix. A kanto region pokemon. Very nice. You may have it." Ryoko's grin grew even wider. "Oh thank you so so so much!" She then ran out of the lab with her newly aquired pokemon. When she got out of the lab she released her. "Come on out Vulpix!" "Vulpix!" Vulpix yipped. "Ahhh your just so cute. I shall name you Flare." Vulpix wagges its tails happily. "Well lets go then! Onward to Oldale town!" Ryoko laughed happily. She picked up Vulpix and started up the road to Oldale town.
