Vince didn't move towards the man just yet, two things held him back from such an immediate greeting. First of all, he wanted to stay in the background to examine anything about the man that could be missed by the others..you just never knew what you might find out about somebody just by watching them for a moment. Vince actually didn't really care about who they hired for the manager..as long as they did the job. He didn't want much to do with hiring him, he just wanted to make sure they didn't get screwed over.

The second reason he did not get up right away was he was slightly distracted by the thought of Destiny and Hope waiting at Destiny's apartment, and how he wanted to get the interviews done with so he could get to them sooner.
