The Doctor nodded and they made their way down to a noisy room, and the Doctor could tell by the steam on the windows that it was hot in there.
"After you?" He asked, then added, "Maybe not," As a very large-sounding man swore violently inside.
He pushed the door open and the hot, sweaty people turned to look at the new arrivals.
"Who are you?" The large man asked.
"John Smith, Health and Safety Inspector, and this is...Joanne Rowling, my apprentice,"
The man looked dubious, "We've already been checked, do you have credentials?"
"'Joanne', my wallet, if you please..." The Doctor said in a mock-tone that suggested status and disdain.
