not my thread or anything, but I know Bonk was hoping for maybe 3 alliance and 3 confederacy, so, if you don't have much of a preference, it'd probably be better to go with the confederacy. That way its all balanced and whatnot.

Well, the Confederacy isn't necessarily the "bad guy" side.
They're just the "Not American" side. Although, I guessed you'd jump on the ConFed side Tai XD Alas. We'll see how things run! Thanks for joining! PS - If you go to the opposite side, we get to have a WRRRYYY battle. And yes, I do want 3 on each side before I start.

Eh, I'll stay confed for right now...but we'll leave my profile as saying alliance for now. If 2 more join we'll see what I do. For now I'll keep the teams even.

I've got an Alliance in mind, so I claim that last spot. He is going to be in the Free Japanese Army!
Got the suit built, just putting the last touches on the prof. I may have to tone done on the suit, its a new model and I don't mind toning it down if neccessary.

Name: Jared Bowman
Age: 25 Side: Confederacy Appearance: Jared stands around six feet tall with skinned tanned to the point of bronze. He keeps his brown hair cut short and his blue eyes are almost always shining with a new idea or excitement of a challenge. If he was any skinnier he would probably be just a stick figure but he’s all bone and muscle. When he’s not in the field, he wears his old Alliance uniform but with all the patches and rankings replaced with their Confederate counterparts. Otherwise, his wears the standard infantryman’s armor ‘just in case’ he ever needs to eject and in both cases carries a pistol sidearm. Personality: slightly cocky and overconfident at his piloting skills but always puts the safety of allied soldiers first (usually). Holds a grudge against the brass of the Alliance. Out of the cockpit he’s a nice guy and intellectual. He tends to like to tinker with new designs for his Gear. Biography: The son of a mechanic, Bowman was always fascinated with Gears and joined the military as soon as he was old enough. He ended up being part of the Alliance Eastern Eagle Strike Force but after several failed missions caused by inept commanders, being side lined on the few successful ones, and having several of his ideas either cast aside or stolen, he finally had enough. After one mission, he and his Gear were counted as KIA since they didn’t return, it was presumed that he was killed. A few weeks later his Eagle showed up again, this time fighting for the Confederacy… Gear: Since his disappearance, Jared has made a few changes to his Eagle (which he now refers to as a Peregrine): He’s tinkered with the interface and improved the gyroscopic systems to allow for more advanced and complicated maneuvers. A couple layers of armor have been replaced with stealth material to give the Eagle a smaller radar signature but at the cost of some of its protection. Retractable sliders have been added to the legs and the hands house retractable claws as a last resort weapon. It now uses the Confederate standard gear assault rifle and a Gear short sword for its standard weapons. Now sports a dull gray paint job but still holds its old shape and design which he tries to use to confuse enemies. Overall design puts emphasis on speed, maneuverability, and surprise over tanking hits, making hard to hit but unable to withstand the same amount of punishment as other Gear designs can.
