Appearance :His hair is black and just goes over his eyes when he looks down or straight, often he sometimes has to brush his hair out of his eyes and it makes him feel kinda awkward at times because he is one of the few people that have to do that. He stands about 5' 7" tall and has a heavy tan from being in the field so long, complete with tan lines on his chest before when wearing a tang-top. His body is well trained as well, because of often training when not in combat and being in combat many times. He likes to wear sweaters and jeans, than the usual uniform.

Personality :"Whether it's picking up women or sniping, I'll get it in one shot" is usually his motto, the sad part is that only second half of his motto is true. When he is at base or not on duty, he is a pretty talkative person and likes to hang out, listen to music, relax and have a cold one after combat. Though, when he is on duty or in combat he has a different persona. He becomes much more serious and focused on objective rather than making puns or messing around, he also becomes more quiet because he is more fluent in italian instead of his bad speech of English and other languages, meaning which he can't reply as fast to his comrades, though Most of the time he just replies with a simple yes or no. Whether off duty or on duty, he is still easily persuaded and at heart he is a simple and kind person.

Biography :Born in Venice, Italy, Cecil's childhood was a simple one which involved a lot of hide and seek between the alleyways, he went out very often as a child. In his teen years, it was that of a normal one, he went to school, lived a normal life and failed a lot at hitting on girls. At first, he wasn't interested in the army, but as he began to graduate from college, he began to look into the war. It became more and more, at random times, it was all over the place on the internet, the t.v., magazines, newspaper, and it just seemed that where ever he looked he found some material about it. He saw good people dieing and kind of felt guilty that he could do something, but didn't. So he figured this war wasn't going to end itself, so he decide to see if he could help it end. When he joined he was enlisted to basic infantry, but as he gradually improve he got the opportunity to do solo missions. With his high marksmanship skills, he was allowed to become one of the few Gear snipers.

Gear: Dragon II

Cecil has hybridized the Dragon II with the Nirvana, taking the basic systems of the Dragon II and scrapped parts from broke down Nirvanas, nicknamed 'Verso Voi' which is Italian for 'Towards You' . The performance of his gear is not meant to engage in actually combat but to rather provide tactical support and strikes. The body armor is lessened for more room and for the use of 3 power cells, more armor is moved on to the legs, and the hands have smaller impaling spikes but is used more as a climbing tool. For the legs, sliders attached on to for mobility around the battlefield, and are also used as a brace on the ground for positioning the gun better. The main weapon of choice is a Rifle that is modified with a fold up bi-pod, and the PGU-14/B API rounds that have been modified to use Depleted Uranium Shells, the downside to this weapon is that the recoil is high and takes a long time to reload, but the impact is devastating. Another weapon it carries is a small sub machine gun, which is hardly used. The interface uses a complex targeting system with a satellite for advance sniping but that is only authorized at specific times. The Gear's MAI can use a high magnifying zoom, which it uses to scout areas.

You guys made me EXTREMELY overpowered.
I mentioned several times that he had no armor on at the time and yet...my legendary armor saved me? Wow. Then I single-handedly conquered Tokyo?

Seriously though, I decided Alan was better off dead because you were all focusing ENTIRELY on me being some over-powered god-like character. I might rejoin with a mere rookie later or something...but for now I gotta take a break and have you guys "get more experience" or something cause I wanted to be a veteran...not a god.

Hell, Alan might survive or something...

BTW...how do you activate a self-destruct if I basically clean out the cockpit and its controls like its a shucked clam? Seriously...

I was pondering that myself, I figured I'd just roll with it, and mention him in the local news to give my guy a little back story. However the whole tokyo thing made me go hmm? and then the legendary armour perplexed me.

Well I knew that too, but I figured he didn't want to die so early in the story. And you guys are assuming that it was a similar blast, and that he was stuck on one of them as well. For all you knew, he detected the blast and got just enough away to only take minor damage. But, whatever is fine with me. And I said "legendary" to embellish, I didn't realize it would be taken negatively. Personally, I thought the reinforced plating was a good touch on your end and made it even more believable. I guess whats done is done, I suppose

Edit: Oh and to answer your question Tai, the self destruct isn't just something that a pilot can activate. In fact, I believe I mentioned that when the life signs fall below a certain level, the a self - destruct device is set to go off. And if that wasn't an option, another Kousotsu could activate it remotely.

Who exactly is engaging who? And I'll allow you to control the Kousostu that's with you. But I'd like to know who is with who. I think I'm with 3velyn, but then guy is there and being targeted? And why has no one referenced the Artillery strike from snow? Is that still there?
