Based loosely around a concept I've been sifting with for awhile now. Mainly to share with friends but company and others interested are always welcome. I will not spoil the plot I have stored up by writing it here. I will offer a short Synopsis, a character template, and my personal character. Please message me characters for approval.

The year is 2038. Technology has been slowed to nearly a halt since relative peace came about in the early 2000's. The Iraq war did little to further war-time advancement and thus, there have been few changes to the world beyond what we already know. However, among what few changes that have evolved, the characters you are creating awake in a seemingly normal world. Their memories are blurry at best. Names are all they can discern for sure. This is not to say you have no history, you simply do not remember such history.

In the streets, chaos has ensued as seeming armegeddon rears its ugly head. Men and women are looting the buildings, others are crying out in despair, all the while the infection is raging, killing people in their homes, in their cars, at their jobs, even in the streets. Some are immune, some are infected in other ways...sensitivity varies from person to person, but the overall effect was a general culling of the human populace.

You take the reins of one of the scattered few immune within the city of Kaerinburg which has been quarintined to prevent spreading the viral disease which is destroying the populace...

Name: John Karrs
Age: 26
Description: Tangled brown hair dangles into his eyes and touches his shoulders. A healthy start to a beard stretches from his chin up to his sideburns and blends seemlessly as well as a rather complete mustache seems to connect the mangy addition to his face. His eyes are green, wandering and wild in their survival prime. Average build, he is hardly distinguishable from most people save the way he walks with a slight hunch, betraying his lifestyle as a bum or other such no one...

Name: Delilah Baltoune
Age: Twenty-Four
Description: Delilah's wild black hair hangs low and long on her back when it is not shoved into an untidy bun at the nape of her neck. Her short, choppy bangs fall sideways, just short of covering her steel grey eyes. She's unintimidating at five feet and four inches and petite in build, but she's got the lithe body of a runner. Young features often betray her into looking years before her age, much to her dismay. Exposure to the elements give her calloused hands and feet that are the same, but a tanned complexion, complete with pale spots on her shoulders from the straps of her tank tops.

Name: Jonathan Wareheim

Age: 24

Description: Jonathan stands about 5'10" although he would claim he was 6 feet. He has an athletic, near lanky build, strong but not built. He has deep brown hair that's tinted with red, like a dark wood stain. It's fairly short but tousled in a purposeful 'bed-head' style, and goes every which way. His eyes are a gray-green-blue mix that is very hard to describe. They are also kind of Asian in shape, though he has Anglo-Saxon features and is fully Caucasian. Jonathan has a strong, defined jaw and a hard brow that makes him always look as if in deep thought. Or slightly unhappy, even when this (as per usual) is not the case.

Name: Scott Wess
Age: 25
Description: Scott is built like a cougar, lean and powerful. He has tightly cropped brown hair, fresh cut before the outbreak with a #1 blade, tapered to the top with a bulk length of 2.5 inches. His eyes, are a shocking blue, especially in contrast with his thick dark eyebrows.
