First of all I just want to say, Very cool. Aside from the Battlestar Galactica Remake, Star gate is probably my favorite TV series. (and good choice, I prefer SG-1 to Atlantis myself.)

I would just like to ask, where in the story are we set up, since as the series develops things change a lot. Since you say the Prometheus is "new" I'm guessing we are around Season 6?

Also will we be able to take things in another direction then the Canon? Like meet a new race or threat? or will we keep with Goa'uld and replicators and stuff?

By the way I talk like I'm in the story already but really I am only considering it. I'd love to but I'm already in a few other stories and I don't want to get swamped.

in the distant future Earth is in ruins, the sky is filled with dimensional rifts that connect to several other world.
Anything you can imagine might fall through one of these portals and join the story in this barren world.

Yeah the story would be right after the prometheus was built, but we can take it in any direction you want. If you have an idea for a new race, i'd love to hear it.

Atlantis did not live up to the name stargate, really. I love SG-1 way better than that, but i did like the way they have both series in the same universe and interact with each other.
