Alright this is going to take place after my first thread ever made so if you wanna get an idea for what happened then go to the thread.

(Reborn Gods)

So basically the world is in chaos. After the events of the previous thread, the world is in an uproar over the ordeal. Some calling for the imprisonment and capture of all of the "Reborns" others in an uproar at the mistreatment that caused the tragedy. Miami is in ruins over the disaster and the world is fighting amongst themselves.

I'm gonna actually let this be as free roam as you'd like, you can be human, Reborn, or whatever (keep it in Science Fiction please).

Abilities: -Elemental- Wields slight to moderate control over the elements (Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Light and Darkness) {Has hard time either summoning enough strength to wield some, while others he avoids using too much for they get way out of control}

Except with actual clothes on and the pic on my signature as a tatoo on his right arm.
History: Bryan was raised normally until his powers manifested. Ever since then he has been hated and mistreated by everyone including his family. He moved out at 16 by himself, having been fed up. Ever since his abilities manifested when he was 12 and since his mistreatment he has trained them in private.

His training has continued ever since and he has a fantastic control over them except for his control over fire and darkness which is what had driven his powers out into the open. He now lives in New York as a model, having concealed his abilities well.

Anything else you wanna throw in:Strong-willed and independent. Has a disdain for people, but yet charitable at the same time. A living dichotomy.

btw "Abilities: -Elemental- Wields control over the elements (Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Light and Darkness)" kind of sounds like god modding. I mean, I'm sure it isn't, but, it sounds like it, so maybe clarify it a little. Cause otherwise people might be afraid to underpower their own characters thus opening the gate for someone to jump in and god-mod your rp into destruction.

So this is like a super hero rp in sci-fi right? I'm still grasping in the dark because there's not much for me to go on. I know I should read the other thread and track down the old IC, but it's too overwhelming for a new player to jump in without a short synopsis of what happened before.

And what are Reborns? The people with super powers? Just a rough info would help me and other potential new players in kicking off. What I could get from the previous ooc was that this is something like Gen 13 (I could be wrong, but I got that impression).

Alright I'll give a good basis for everything.

Basically Reborns are people who's mothers were experimented on when they were expecting children. The children were born with at the MOST two abilities and have since been known as Reborns. It takes place in modern times, 2 or 3 months after the previous thread, and I should review what happened in the last thread with the previous group of people.

Okay here I go

Basically it started off slow with a bunch of us meeting up deciding what we were going to do then we got attacked by the agency. We all fought back and managed to escape where we figured out what we were going to do next.

Myself and another character went and did some shit and then the others sat around, some doing something that was supposed to be self-sacrificial and saving or whatever, but he failed. We came back and chewed him out and decided to leave New York.

Then some romance happened and then a couple of NPC murders so we left. My character went off on his own and his darkside came out and started destroying Miami, then the girl I was romantically entangled with did battle with the darkside.

More destruction, more death, too much god-modding, death of thread.

So basically a different character of mine is in New York 3 months after the events in Miami and a new plot line can start if I can get people to join it.

*gasp*
(phew)

Alright that's about it in a nutshell.

FYI the agency is the one's who monitor and control Reborns. So basically in this new thread, it's a different group of Reborns, even my character is different. And it's going to have to deal with the aftermath of the previous thread and how they all deal with things.

Name: Drake Allen
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Appearance: 5'8", with spiked brunette hair. He tends to wear jeans and a button down white shirt. He has blue eyes, and sharp features.
Powers: Pyro/Cryo-kenisis. He can use fire and ice.
Other schtuph: Drake managed to hide his powers for a long time, until he was an 18-year old college freshman. He got drunk, and wound up using his powers to try to impress a girl, and it backfired. Drake was kicked out of school for arson, and has since worked odd jobs.
Drake has a very middle of the road viewpoint; neither superhero nor villian, not trying to steal, but not preventing it either. He only uses his powers when personally provoked, and is not likely to come to the aid of a stranger. However, to those who he has given his loyalty, he is fiercely protective.

Drake doesn't view his dual powers as opposing or paradoxical, but rather as two manifestations of the same ability. He thinks that he creates ice by removing heat from things, and fire by adding it in. He tries to balance his use of the two powers, but even he doesn't know if that's the only way they will work, or if it's just a whim.

Ok 1 question... the technology in the RP. Is it in like Medi-evil days, Current era, or like in the future with Like Laser guns, personal robot guards, and shit like that.
