The Awakened City: OOC thread
Welcome to the world that the Awakened City, aka the City of Mana, rests.
A horrible tragedy has indeed fallen on this world, and this strange city is its last hope for survival of life. Everyone in this roleplay is someone that has found this place and it going to rest in it, except me, as is a tradition of roleplays hosted by me, I would play the character that binds all the characters, and that would be the woman described in the intro post. First person that joins the thread gets to wake her up (you may kiss me if you like). Meh, I'm too lazy to pen up details on the individual regions of the world, so aside from anything that has been established in the intro post you can make up nation and city names, along side their bios, fitting them to the convince of your character of course. Also, as this isn't Earth as we know it, you can be whatever race you want within reason. By that I mean: *) No demons, angels and celestials *) No super-people *) No undead (cuz I think that's lame) *) Finally, if a hybrid race, one that either makes natural sense, or one that can be explained logically. With that, I will leave this thread open for any questions or OOC planning. In the meantime, I hope you have fun. Oh, and no character sheets are required.

Your post is great. Good job. The 'still as a corpse' description I didn't think of, and yet it works with my character. Keep it up!
By the way, please don't double post. Edit: Is that everyone that is going to post.

Gah. I've just moved and was supposed to have internet right away, but I've only got momentary access to it until my friend gets his wireless router set up... I'm going to leave my character for now as she isn't in a position to hold up the story (I should be back on tomorrow or the next day and able to post regularly again), so fret not that I haven't posted, I'm not dissapearing from the thread.
