In 1998, scientists finished work on A labratory complex underneath the small town of El Volc, somwhere in the middle of America. It was quite remote, but offered good service for a travler passing-by.

Headed by Dr. Steven Carrba, the scientists experimented with ways to change genes, and mutate Humans and animals. Some of these were a resounding success, others were horrible failures.

The experiments were locked away in a prison at the back of the complex, without much food or water. However things soon took a turn for the worst.

One day, scientists locked away two Humans, modified to have Super-strengh. One male, One female. They remained there for 3 years, and then they started breeding. In 2007, there were 14 of these 'things'. They started to tear through the prison, releasing all sort of diffrent experiments.

They raged through the lab, killing people left, right and centre. They escaped to the town, where they ravaged the place and caused havoc.
The few scientists that remained shut off the town exits, preventing them from escaping.

Now in 2018, the government have found out about the cover-up. They have arranged for 3 helicopters of soldiers to be dropped into the town, as well as two SWAT teams, in order to capture a safe point, and rescue any survivors.


You can play as either A SWAT member/Soldier dropped into the town, or a curious passer-by, who has found a way in.

Rules
1. No god-modding
2. No power-playing
3. Use the same player v.s player combat rules as persistent world

There can be no-more than 15 soldiers, 8 SWAT members, and 5 passer-by-ers. However, I highly doubt it will reach that number

NPCS:

You can control NPCs to a certain extent. You can combat them etcetra, but cannot make them attack other players, or make them a 'special' one (being able to understand somthing none of its speices can)

NPC monsters are things like, mutants, zombies, and 'experiments', as well as the occasional lab guard who survived.
