This RP reminds me of one I was in on Gaia before coming here
. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: Yosheikoso (or just Yoshe, pronounced yo’shay) Age: 315 years real-world reckoning, 258 years on her world Gender: Female Appearance: http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g2...y_kathy100.jpg (Credit for this image goes to Kathy100 from deviantart.com – http://kathy100.deviantart.com/ I WISH I could make stuff like this T_T) About four feet tall, around 75 pounds. Weapons/Armour: She wears no armour, and does not typically carry a real weapon. She is familiar with using knives and bows, but is by no means an expert at either of them for combative purposes. Abilities: Evidenced by her wings, Yoshe can fly. Most of her offensive and defensive capabilities that are worthy of note involve the use of magic. Her most notable offensive ability is one where she draws upon the energy of every living thing around her to form a ball of lethal energy. This ability will cause a drain on anything from which energy is drawn, which restricts the times when it can be used (it would be ill advised to drain the energy of the whole party to kill one opponent while there are still a dozen to be dealt with). A drained life form will feel tired, lethargic, and not have all of their strength for a period of time relative to how much energy was used. She is also able to call upon Natural Things to help her: trees may drop vines or raise roots to impede the movement of an enemy, bees may be coaxed into swarming, etc. On her own world, Yoshe is also able to change her form to virtually anything that suits her needs. So far, she has not been able to do this on other worlds, though she has seen others of her kind and profession perform the feat on Aeolida. Background: Yosheikoso is a member of a species of Fey. On her world, there are several kinds: the more common Fairy that fits in the palm of a grown human male and is prolific throughout the world, the larger variety called Yaksa from which she comes and is indigenous to the forests of the world, and others that inhabit the various regions and come in differing shapes and sizes. Yoshe herself is something of a warden. Her job has long been to protect the ruins in which the Nexus lies. She was new to the job when the Nexus became active and was selected to be in a group of Fey that would go to the other side to see what was there and make sure it was safe. Since then, her returns to her own world have been infrequent, in spite of her jumping at every opportunity to go home. She still cannot speak the common language perfectly, largely for a lack of caring, and will often revert to her own native tongue. World of Origin: Haenayr is a world not unlike Earth. Roughly half of the world’s surface is ocean and most of the landmass below the polar regions is covered in forest. Where there is not forest, there is usually either a grassland or an arid desert, if not a mountain. The only sentient species on the planet is the Fey, which comes in several varieties (detailed in Background). Other non-plant forms of life are similar to those found on Earth. By and large, most quadrupedal and avian species are larger than those on Earth, though this is not true for every case. Plant-life is considered to be intelligent as well, though it is not generally regarded as being sentient. Two moons make for interesting ocean dynamics and thus inclement weather, but the world generally has a pleasant climate. Relative to other worlds on the Nexus "network", Haenayr is relatively isolated, largely because the Yaksa wardens of the nexus don’t make much effort at hospitality. The mischievous nature of the smaller Fairies doesn’t help, either, as the few people that decide to set up camp on this side of the Nexus often find their belongings misplaced, replaced, or altogether gone. In spite of these setbacks, there is a slowly growing trade camp where people from other worlds have begun to trade with each other and the native Fey. **** I will likely put in the occassional bit of non-english dialogue that is appropriate to the character and any related NPCs. I'll put in translations as appropriate. And no, this isn't any language that anyone would know. It is one that I developed for a similar character on an old RP loosely based on the rules of Spanish and Japanese. You'll see .

Name: Drisk Kayne
Age: 26 Gender: male Appearance: Drisk is 6'2 and is a little bit more than slightly muscular. Unlike in in the picture, Drisk prefers green shirts and blue pants.Weapons/Armor: No armor, but Drisk carries the long-barreled revolver Lucifer, and the broadsword Haler, which is four feet long and one foot wide, but amazingly easy to weild despite it's large size. There is a symbol of a caged snake on the blade, which shows that this particular sword seals away omnishifter forms when it's being weilded. Abilities: agile form: the only form that Drisk can go into while weilding Haler, his agile form makes Drisk's normally silver hair turns blue, and a line of white feathers grow along the outside of his arms and legs. Drisk can move twice as fast as in his normal human form, and his agility and awareness are also doubled. This is the only one of two forms that don't change Drisk's personality. healer form: Drisk's hair turns purple, and his skin turns bright white, like a cloud. In this form Drisk can hardly attack at all, but he heals twice as fast, and can heal other's injuries by transfering the injuries to himself. berserker form: The first form that changes Drisk's personality, this form is somewhat like a were-wolf. Drisk's hair turns green, and blue fur grows all over him. His nails are metal claws, and his muscle mass nearly triples. When in this form, Drisk's personality turns more fighting-inclined, and may go out of his way to fight and kill in this form. ultimatum form: The final form at Drisk's disposal, in this form Drisk's personality isn't just changed, it's damn near eradicated. His hair turns a bright orange, and black fur covers his entire being. Wings protrude from his back, more resembling a bat's wings than a bird's. In this form Drisk's typical sword transforms into the Harbinger, a scythe which doesn't just cut, but fills people with despair and loathing. The final perk of this form is judgement, Drisk's left hand, fires orange spheres of energy. These spheres are balanced between their speed and their size, so he could shoot a barrage of two-inch spheres, or one large fifteen-foot sphere. In this form Drisk has no control and will kill anything that moves, so he avoids going into it at all costs. Drisk must spend five minutes in this form when he activates it, after which time he may revert to normal and gain back control of his mind. Background/Biography: Drisk's homeworld is peaceful, if only because the law is so strict it keeps everyone fearful and in line. Almost everyone is a normal, powerless human, except for 0.2% of the population who are omnishifters, beings who can morph into different forms, all of which have their own uses. Because of their powers, omnishifters are considered a threat to peace, and for that reason they are killed as soon as it's found out that they're omnishifters. Drisk happens to be one, and thusly has lived a horrible, reclusive life, determined to keep his secret just that, a secret. This worked for quite a while, until a dqay came where Drisk forgot to hide during the government-required medical exam, and Drisk was forced to go. His blood test revealed him as an omni-morph, and he was almost killed as he escaped the now police-filled doctor's office, hiding in the ancient ruins of the Nexus, which the police consider too dangerous to follow him into. Personality: Drisk is cold, having an instant dislike of everyone he meets, a trait aquired through his years as an outcast. It takes alot to gain Drisk's trust, and his friendship is virtually impossible to aquire. His temper is also short, and on occasion Drisk is known to have violent outbursts. Drisk is proficient in many languages, having eavesdropped on many conversations to find out about local happenings and news on the military. World of Origin: The world of Arkoris is an industrial world, very advanced by the standards of that day (think late 1800's, early 1900's level of technology). The whole world is under military rule, soldiers roaming the streets, the citizens walking in perfect lines to their destinations. Though living conditions are far from miserable for most people, the population at large finds the lack of freedom horrible, though everyone is too scared to revolt. The climate is very cool, never going above 70 degrees, though it may go well below 10 degrees on the coldest days. The size of the planet is 1.1 times the size of the earth, and years last basically the same amount of time, though the days are around two hours longer. There are three main land masses, all ruled by the same government. The smallet is the country of Klia, which manufactures magically-powered three wheeled vehicles, known as kols. The next largest is the country of Gahllia, the main industry of which is weaponry, both it's manufacturing, researching, and development. Finally, there is the largest country, Kapital. This is where the majority of the population lives, and all other kinds of industry are located here. Artifact: Redirector: a pipe one foot in length, one end is orange, the other green. Once a day, the Redirector can absorb an attack through the the orange end. This must be a projectile, and has to be within three feet of the Redirector for it to suck it up. Then the attack can be released out the green end with a button located on the top of the pipe. The attack is three times as strong as the one that entered the Redirector.

oh goddamn it, not again. I play as one of the two of them for every RP I've ever done, and sometimes get so wrapped up in the typing I forget which I am. I'm gonna edit all the Drisk's into Strear now.
Edit: Oh, and they said Strear in the abilities section because I did copy and paste from an RP I signed up for on Gaia Online where I was Strear. Edit again: whoops, I meant Strear's into Drisk, not Drisk's into Strear's. Man I've been confused lately, Summer break is starting to set in.
