Feel free to act as the monsters as you see fit, everyone. That's the beauty of it: you can even have this enemy change into a monster of your own if you'd like (expect for Dragons, for obvious reasons).

Also, yea or nay on the pictures? I sometimes think they break the flow of the RP, but they do put a face to the enemy.

Also, as a heads up, after this conflict is resolved, we'll be doing a quick fade over to what happened to Keladry, which will also help gloss over an uneventful bit of traveling that will be coming up, while revealing a few major plot points that will stem over into the climax that no one will expect (if I did this all right ).

I like the pictures, they add some definition to the worded descriptions of the enemies.

I wish I made the pictures . There from D&D 3.5: that's where I pull most of my crazy monsters and magic influence from (some liberties taken, of course). I'm actually surprised to see entire RPs based around D&D, though.

Also, is someone gonna post? I think Solipsistica hasn't posted in a while, but it also says he hasn't been on the boards in four days. It seems like there's a period where a few people post, then it slows down. In general, we're all pretty good about allowing everyone or most of everyone to post before posting again ourselves, but in combat that format is a little more relaxed.

I hope so too...not to mention the gigantic armored beast to whom he is now clinging, perhaps not the best plan. Lander's a bit impulsive, especially in dog form...
