We all know what Van Hellsing was known for, we’ll be setting it in the present. Van Hellsing is now obviously dead but people still continue his legacy. The agency is based in Chicago but the agents are usually sent around the globe. They deal with everything that goes bump in both morning and night, from monsters to ghosts and of course, vampires. Only they keep a super low profile and the company is pretending to be a Dry Cleaning Agency. Vall Singan’s Dry Cleaning.

I’ll be needing humans only. No halfbreeds here, or vampires etc. they wouldn’t want to kill one of their own. Vampires are pictured here as very destructive and hedonistic individuals, they’re not about to join forces with their food for the better good. Please.

So I’ll need detectives/agents who will take on the following roles:

1. The weapon expert: this person isn’t necessarily the only one who knows how to use weapons, it’s just that this person has contacts that provide them. We may need to acquire rare or unusual weapons to do our jobs properly.

2. The mad scientist: this person isn’t really mad. We need this person more than to be around and heal the agent’s booboos; we need this person to do a study on corpses etc so we know what creature we’re dealing with.

3. The getaway car: no this person isn’t the car, sorry, this person is the one who can drive and fly anything. You’re the genius at anything mechanical.

4. The computer genius: self explanatory. We need someone to be a genius at this.

5. The sexy secretary: please be male. For fun. Anyway, this person is our contact to the outside world and to the boss who we never see. This person hands us our missions and salaries etc. this person also arranges for our flight, accommodations and all those fun stuff. This person is also an expert in lock picking, probably was a thief in a previous life.

Hmmm... that’s it so far for the characters. They’ve been working together for some time now so hopefully we could portray that in our writings. Also, the role claiming is of course, first come first served basis.

I need this stuff so when we write the characters can be really vivid etc. Let’s try to make it as realistic as possible. Try to make the codenames as unlikely as possible. A cute macho guy should be a strawberry or something. The Boss gives them their codenames and no one knows why.

Anyway, the character I’m holding is the PR character. She speaks several languages and she’d talk to locals of wherever we are for more information about our target creature.

Position: The RP
Personality: Extremely vain and self centered but nice. She pretends to be really nice and vulnerable around other people.
Quirks: Hates her full name. She usually deletes the Maria. She also is extremely afraid and disgusted by cockroaches.
Background: was a litt and language major. The people on her father’s side of the family were mostly witch doctors while the people on her mother’s side were mostly doctors. Her father, however, deviated and studied to be a doctor. They moved around because of her parent’s job. They are staunch Catholics.

Appearance: A mix of Asian and Caucasian

Hair: Black long and curly
Skin: Fair
Height: five foot five inches without heels
Weight: she keeps it a secret
Clothes usually seen in: form fitting clothes, short skirts and off shoulder or backless tops. She wears stiletto heels all the time. She loves dangling earrings.

Anyway, normal rules apply. No Godmodding. If you get stabbed you die. If you have more than five misspells and two subject verb agreement errors you die.

Personality: Marcus has a real "tough guy" or "macho man" persona; he always likes to feel dominant and rugged. (Can you see the humor here?)
Quirks: Can't hold his alcohol, but drinks anyway to try to seem manly
Background: Former CIA, worked two years undercover where he got a degree in business assistance. Knows shorthand and fifteen ways to kill a man with the pen afterward.
Appearance: Think Superman. Tall, dark, and handsome

Skin: Tan, but white
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 215lbs (all muscle baby)
Clothes: Crisp black suit, black shoes and perfectly matching belt, pristine white shirt, Black tie (single Windsor), with and without mirrored aviators.

Background: An information broker who grew up on the streets. He dealt with obtaining and selling information as a living in the past. His information network isn't as large as it used to be but he still has the right connections to be able to purchase weapons of all kinds for his current job.

Appearance: A lightly built body like an athlete.
Eyes: Amber
Hair: Short but spiky black hair leaning towards the back of his head
Skin: Slightly pale complexion
Height: 6"1'
Weight: 176 lbs
Clothes usually seen in: A black , tight-fitting, long-sleeved shirt, and loose black pants with the ends tucked into black boots. His shirt only has one sleeve, the left one, and both the left sleeve of his shirt and his left pant leg are covered in silver wave-like designs.

I hope I did this right. I couldn't think of a nickname, not that he needs one, or a codename though.

Hmmm... Jazz, first codename is a fruit. you should be strawberry or something. Anyway, the codenames are per mission so reserve eunuch i think we'll use it next time. I like your character. I like sexy xecretary for fun, I think it's gonna be nice teasing the character all the time about being the admin assistant.

Ch33no, if you don't give a codename, I'll call you kiwi. But the character is good.

Speaking of friends, I looked up an old friend from another rpg site and invited her over, she's Elryde and she's gonna claim the computer geek position. Hopefully she'll drop by soon.

Anyway, I've the first and second mission up and ready, hopefully we can fill up the positions soon. Promise things would be exciting and fast paced.

Personality: easily embarrassed; passive attitude except when her precious electronics are being bullied
Quirks: she has a tendency to stare at the person in front of her unblinkingly when she's busy thinking making her look like a doll that's breathing; actually good in sports (track & field, running)
Background: half-french (mother), half-english(father); grew up with her dad the jock/journalist (thus the sports and info-gathering skills); was left alone at times when she was young with her reclusive neighbor who taught her her computer skills (after she accidentally unlocked all of the woman's files one day) and was actually a former agent of an unnamed agency which her neighbor still refuses to tell (Ri suspects the CIA or maybe OPUS or some secret unit of the FBI or...)

Appearance: slim build with a doll-like face (smooth skin, high-cheekbones, small, straight nose, etc.)

Name: Sara Balack

Position: Rev Head (aka The Getaway Car)
Personality: One word can describe her: happy. She is always smiling, chipper and sweet and rarely lets anything get to her. She enjoys being better at mechanics than most men. She has a really sarcastic sense of humour but, seeing as she says everything with a smile and a friendly tone, people don’t often realise she’s making fun of them.
Quirks: Always has some sort of tool in her hand. Always. She even sleeps with a screwdriver under her pillow. She also had a name for each of her tools and various vehicles. (The screwdriver’s name is Rufus, by the way.)
Background: Straight out of high school, Sara joined the Defence Force and, through them, became a certified mechanic in record time. For a few years she worked with the tanks, submarines and fighter jets before she was recruited by the Van Helsing group. There has been nothing built yet that floats, flies or zooms across the earth that she can’t pull apart, put back together and master within a few days.

Appearance: Small, thin and compact. She has impressive arm muscles.

Hair: Long, straight and brown. Usually tied into twin pigtails with pink ribbons.
Skin: Fair complexion almost always covered in a thin layer of grease.

Clothes usually seen in: Baggy overalls, usually with childish decorations sewn on, and short sleeved shirts. Her shoes are black army boots.

Personality: Wisecracking and sarcastic, but can be calm and controlled if need be.
Quirks: Often listens to loud rock music, eats a lot of cheap fast food, and is very lazy when it comes to personal matters.
Background: Born and raised in Northern Ireland. Had a fairly normal upbringing until the age of fourteen, when he ran away from home due to death threats. Being a natural danger chaser, he often looked into mysterious goings on, and at the age of eighteen walked in on a Hellsing Agency operation. Instead of handing him over to the police, they made him an offer. If he worked for them, they would wipe his records with the police, and forget about his not necessarily legal actions ( Street racing, minor vandalism and thievery. ) and so he decided to work as the new Doctor. He learned his medical skills via a young military medic he knew while he was still wandering.


Appearance: Tall and skinny, looking slightly younger than he is.
Eyes: Grey-Green
Hair: Black and long-ish, not touching the shoulders but just above, also has a slight stubble around his jaw line.
Skin: Extremely pale, and always burns, never tans.
Height: 6' 1"
Clothes usually seen in: A black or dark hooded top with tight jeans, a studded belt, and black trainers. Occasionally seen with a studded leather collar.
