Can you last the month?

This rp is a vampire vs humans in Alaska in a small town called Whitewaters
this rp deviats from the comic series and film slightly as it is in a different town.

plot:
the town of whitewaters is a farly new town and just a few months after construction is home to over 300 people it is isolated and relies entirly on its own power staion and water works to keep going,but apart from that it is like any other town.
The month of no sunlight is just a mear few hours away but what the residents dont know is that when darkness falls the vampires come out to feast.

Humans: the people of this town came out to whitewaters to start a new life each has a skill which is vital to this town from carpinter to the local tavern owner they know how to surive the harsh snow,blizards and pitch black nights but can they survive the vampires

Vampires: strong,quick inteligent they are here to feast upon the citizens of the town they speak and are in all,almost human exept for there brutality and super abilitys.

a human can be turned if bitten and not killed it takes a few hours for them to fully turn,ok then thats it join in.

bio: Dakota lives with her parents and started working at their local store when she was 15. She works as a cashier and is very friendly to everyone who comes in. She enjoys the cold weather so she loves living in Alaska and wouldn't move for anything.

He wears the offical alaska police uniform with big cold proof jacket he has no beard and short dark brown hair.
bio:Was a trainee cop in L.A but moved out to Alaska to become the towns main cop,with a few other volenteers he resides above the station and has a friendly attitude to the town regarding it as home he takes it upon himself to know everyone.
