City of Darkness OCC

In the metropolitan city of Arnalise, a two decade long power struggle currently exists. Arnalise was a small town when it was founded thirty years ago, but has expanded in everyway to become the largest city on Earth. It was built as a trading hub to promote coexistance between foreign countries, human citizens, vampires, lycanthropes, and witches. The city occupies the SouthWest corner of the United States. It occupies half of California, part of Nevada, all of Arizona, and half of New Mexico. It houses more vampire clans, lycanthrope packs/prides, and witch covens than any other country in the world. The city also houses the Council of Bane and the Council of Law. The Council of Bane is a world wide agency that hunts the supernatural. They are truly bounty hunters and assassins that are called Hunters. The Council of Law are Vampires, Lycanthropes, and Witches who arrest or execute the ones of their kind who do not follow the laws. Arnalise is also home to billions of businesses. The supernatural races own businesses mostly while humans do the work. Vampires- Strong, fast, undead, persuasive, blood sucking, intelligent, elegant creatures who can live until they are killed. With age or/and diet they get more powerful. Sunlight merely weakens them. Inceneration, decapitation, destruction of heart, a special poison, and magic can kill them. Lycanthropes- Strong, demonic animal shapeshifting, simple creatures who can live forever as long as they are not killed. Destruction of brain, decapitation, destruction of heart, a special poison, and silver can kill them Witches- Similar to humans, but wield magic from birth, which causes them to be stronger, faster, and all around physically better than humans. They are tougher than humans, but can still die the same ways with slightly more effort. Humans- Self Explanatory. Roles: Characters can take on the roles of either:Newly turned lycanthropes, Newly sired vampires, A newly trained hunter, A witch that just arrives in the city, An elder lycanthrope who teachers their younger kin, A experienced hunter who is a teacher, or a vampire who teaches the new ones Clans/Covens/Packs- there are too many to list. just make up a name for yours. Rules: Post in OCC b4 ICC, wait to be accepted before posting, do not godmode, do not kill other players without permission, cussing is allowed, fights can be as gory as you can write, romance is encouraged but not in detail, and have fun. Age:17 Gender: Male Race:Vampire Role:Newly sired vampire Job: Bartender at a Gothic club. Bloodline: The Bleeding Rose Clan. (Low ranked clan, only owns a city block) Powers: Telekinesis, telepathy, empathy, light manipulation, and shadow control. Appearance: 5'9, athletic build, fair skin, and clear skin. Hair: Short and black with crimson tips. Eyes: Crimson Attire: Black boots, black jeans, crimson sleeveless shirt, black Ankh necklace, and long black jacket. Jacket contains Gun holsters, magazines, and foot long scabbards. Weapons: 2 Fully Automaic Desert Eagles with built in silencers and thirty bullet magazines. 2 butterfly swords. A single katana made of japanese steel that was forged with magic. Katana has a crimson blade and his scabbard and hilt bear black and crimson cloth. Personality: Impatient, easily angered, loner, intelligent, persuasive, and cautious. Bio: Was recruited to become a vampire because of his exceptional skill with shadow magic along with his unrivaled skill with firearms and his impressive skin with a sword.

Appearance: He's short, Muscular built, Hair:Short dirty-blond hair Eyes:Blue Attire: Dark Grey T shirt with black cargo shorts and spandex long johns that cover the rest of his legs, He also has biker gloves. Weapons: what he makes out out steel and rock. Personality:He's nice to people and doesn't like hurting people He doesn't believe in fighting unless it is to save him or some one else. Age: 16 Gender: Male Race: Vampire Role:Newly sired vampire Job: Security Guard and can be hired as a Bouncer Bloodline: Darkness Guard Clan (Very military, locally know in the city) Powers: Shadow movement, Slight mind control, Illusion Appearance: 6'2'' Muscular build, broad shoulders more tanned skin to blend in Hair: Short black hair with white gray highlights Eyes: Deep midnight purple/blue Attire: Steel toe-capped boots, camo (black, grey) combat trousers, Dark grey t-shirt, Black and dark blue tench coat built in with armour plating, secret pockets, always wearing black sunglasses Weapons: Custon Assault rifle built in infra-red and ultra-violet sights, 2 40 round normal magazines, 2 inferno round magazines, also can be changed into a sniper and he uses a bipod. 5'' Long sword shines blue and silver in the light it is weightless when used. Personality: Cool and collective, laidback, Single minded, Leadership skills, Determination, Manipulative. Bio: He was turned at a young age and trained by his father of the way to fight however one night his father was hunted and had to leave him to protect him, He still feels that his father is still alive and is driven to find him and kill the ones that are hunting him.

Oh yes, I am sorry, I forget that some details are still in my head. The newly turned or trained characters are just first entering the dark world within the city. They are being trained in the beginning so they can help in the power struggle.

That simply means she has a knack for tracking prey and anything she locks a scent on, she will track until the prey is found or killed. Appearance: 4'3'', small body type, 89lbs Hair: She has short black hair that ends halfway down her neck, but her bangs are a bright silver and they fall down to her shoulders. Eyes: She has bright silver eyes that have topaz mixed within Attire: Grace is typically in a maid-like outfit. She wears this when she is in the Elder's home. The rest of the the time, she wears a black halter top and a black skirt. Weapons: Twin daggers that have curved blades and hilts made of bone Personality: Grace seems to be naive and innocent, like any child her age. Though this is true, she is very manipulative and sly. Bio: Grace was born into a high class family. She got everything she wanted when she wanted it. Her mother "died" when she was three. The truth was she was changed into a vampire and she went to live with her Sire. Her father left her alone in an orphanage until just a week ago. An older man was looking to adopted a child. He was really looking for a child to change into a daughter or son. Thats when he found Grace and took her in. He changed her as soon as he could, which caused her bangs to turn silver and her eyes changed from topaz to silver. She now serves him and acts like his long-lost daughter when people are over.
