Dark Of The Night - IC

2009, North America

In a world where humans predominate, one small group has had the coursage to srise up against them. They are the Night Walkers, the vampires, the demons, the dark creatures of myth. From the darkest nightmares of humanity have they come, to claw their way back into the forefront of harsh reality. And now they rise up again, to take their rightful places on the thrones of the world. A few, and only a bare handful, have been chosen. They are the High Walkers, the kings and queens of the mythic creatures. They build the army even as we speak, venturing forth from forgotten realms of darkness to the human world, bringing with them the plague that has brought down so many before.

Among the humans, few know the truth, and those that do soon disapear. They are the Seekers, and have taken upon themselves the task of hunting down the Night Walkers. Those who survive spread the word, though faced with scorn near everywhere they go.

The last battle has come. The Night Walkers ready themselves. The humans prepare as best they can.

Which side will you take? Do you fight for the Night Walkers, to rid the Earth of the human scourge? DO you arm yourself with your wooden stakes, your bibles and holy water, and your silver bullets in a weak attempt at defence? Now is the time to speak, to voice your alliance.

Who do you fight for?

There are up to 5 spots open for High Walkers, 3 male and 2 female. I will be playing one of the female High Walkers, for a total of six. There is no limit on other positions, though let's keep it reasonable and not have it get too crowded in here.

My Character

Faction: Night Walkers (High Walker)
Species: Vampire
Name: Isabel "Raven" Matheson
Gender: Female
Age: Appears seventeen, has been a vampire for nearly 600 years
Personality: Slightly standoffish. She knows her place in the higher classes, and is very arrogant as a result.
Appearance: Long black hair and cobalt blue eyes. Both her hair, and the black wings tattooed on her shoulders have earned her the nickname "Raven". Very fair, nearly translucent skin, pale even for a vampire. Customarily wears simple clothing, a black or red tank top and black jeans.
Special Abilities: Is resistant to any forms of mental attack (Can fully sheild her mind from telepaths, empaths, etc.) making her incredibly hard to read and predict.
Weaknesses: Very vulnerable to elemental powers, especially water.

Name:hes known only as the shadow no one knows his real name
Gender:male
Age:looks 18 but has lived for 912 years
Appearance :short black hair with blue eyes that turn red when he smells blood wears a black t shirt with black jeans and is a bit pale like most vampires
Personality: will hit on any girl that move and feed of any one who doesnt loves to feed like all vampires exept the ones that love humans and he doesnt want the humans extinct though because then we will go hungry he never did get used to the concept of guns and sticks to his 700 years old sword and a more modern katana
Special talents: can bend light to make him invisible which makes him good at spying and assinations
Weakness: when hes facing someone with a gun in open battle

Name: Scythe “Blood” Tespar
Gender: Male

Age: Appears to be 18, but his age far surpasses any records.

Black medium length hair, etc as in pic. Trousers are more like black combats though. Is always seen carrying his jet black Katana with a Tanto across his lower back.

Personality: Very wise, comments on everyone else’s failings, and his own. Keeps everything very private, no-one knows a lot about him. He is never seen feeding, although he is seen eating small red gems from time to time.

Special talents: Unknown as he rarely uses it in full view; he prefers the use of his Katana in battle.

Weakness: A rare blood disorder, so he can only feed on certain individuals, it also makes him prone to coughing/vomiting blood.

I probably should have mentioned this in the first place.


There are 3 Mythic Covens in North America. The vampires, werewolves, and major demons each run their own, and do not enjoy mingling with the others. Minor demons act as servants for all three covens.

There is one Seeker Coven in Europe, another in N.A., and one in Australia. The European Coven goes by "Cold Spark", the American by "White Fire", and the Australian Coven goes by "Black Spear".

Each of the Seeker Covens is headed by one human that is known only as "Leader". Only those in the innermost Seekers in the circle know the Leader's true identity.

Name: Aion "Viper" Skye
Gender: Male
Age: A new "recruit" to the vampire forces, even though he is new, he is one of the most powerful vampires in London.
Personality: Rebellious, he thinks he runs the vampire race, he bullies the lower classed vampires. Considering he's a hybrid of a demon and a vampire, the other vampires tend to not like him much.
Appearance:
Special Abilities: Considering he's half Demon, he can fly, also, another side affect of being demon is that he has random flashes of the Demon Kings mind.
Weaknesses: He has random moments when his demon side kicks in and he basically spazzesout and attacks vampires around him.
